Starting Over
Breakfast consisted of:
2 eggs scrambled with 2% milk & a pinch of cheese
1/2 slice of wheat toast
1/3 slice of ham
Lunch:
Beef hot dog + mustard/onions
Fries(a few)
Sweet Tea
Dinner:
Chickfila granola parfait
1/2 Smart Ones Chicken Rigatoni
